Orlando Thanksgiving Part 3

Sanford, FL is home to a nice zoo. The Central FL Zoo has all the things you'd expect to see as far as animals go, but the entrance on the way into the zoo has something REALLY cool! They have this awesome ropes and zipline course called Zoomair Adventures. My cuzzes wife, Cory and I did the adult course one day (still need to download pics from my cell) and it was so much fun! It took us a little over an hour and it was quite the workout. The best thing about it was that it didn't feel like exercise and it was pretty challenging. It was a great sense of accomplishment when we finished and I'd do it again a hundred times.

Cory and I were jazzed to learn that they had a course for our big boys Max and Hunter. My cuz Aaron and I took Max and Hunter while their little siblings stayed behind. The boys did a great job and we are really looking forward to getting up there and doing it again!

Yep...they're tall enough
Gear orientation
Hunter getting his harness
First rope. Max cruised through this puppy in no time flat. Hunter kinda lolly-gagged around chewin' his gum and checkin' things out being all non-chalant and stuff. But mostly he pretended like he was an Indiana Jones soldier...or somethin' like that.
Mr. Tough Guy
Auntie Debbie hung with him the whole way.
She was such a sweet encouragement for him.
Thanks, Auntie Debbie!
Crossing by Max who was waaaay ahead of Hunter
"This one isn't that hard, mom."
I have to say I was pretty surprised by his ability to clip the carabiner on and off of the ropes. His fine motor skills were really put to the test and he passed with flying colors!
All finished! Can't wait to do it again! Highly recommend it!
