Easter 2013

We had a very special time celebrating Easter this year.

Dying eggs!

All dressed up on our way to church to celebrate our Savior's resurrection!

Levi is quite temperamental around water.
He wasn't feelin' it with the sound of the fountain's rushing water in our family picture.  :)

After church we met some families from our Bible and Life Group for an Easter egg hunt at a nearby park.  Levi had just started walking the day before, so he was toddling and stumbling all over the place.  Super cute!
He was so proud of himself!
He was so enamored with the egg that he found it was hard to get him to look for more!

 Digging into their spoils.

On Easter morning we had our own egg hunt on the playground
with the eggs we had decorated a few nights before.

Hunter was the first to find his Easter "basket."  It was a beach towel with his name on it.  Wrapped in the towel was a new lunch box case and new magnets for the lid and candy was inside the lunch box.

Levi got a sort and spill toy picnic basket that had some gummy bears and jelly beans inside!

Nathanael got a lunch box just like Hunter's and thoroughly enjoyed his candy.
 A chocolate bunny!!!

Watching a new walker is so stinkin' CUTE!

Levi figured out that some of the eggs he found had jelly beans inside!!! WHAT?
 Pretty good stuff!

The boys got gliders in the Easter baskets as well.  Pretty fun!
