Umm...so much more focus and hustle actually that when there was a gaggle of kids chasing the ball Hunter treated it more like it was tackle football instead of T-Ball. Can you see him trying to push the kid on his left out of the way so that he can get the ball? I had to have more than one talk with him about how they're all on the same team and there's no need to pulverize any kid on his team who's trying to get the ball too.

Huddle before the big game

Hunter has such a great time playing T-Ball and he loved his coach! Josh is pretty convinced that football is going to be his main game, though. And Hunter convinced me of that too, every time there was a dog pile of kids on top of the ball. Hunter always came out of it with his arm straight up in the air and the ball in his hand.He won't be able to officially play on a real football team until fall 2011, but I think we're going to give it a shot for him to participate in spring training this year and next.
I am so ready to be in the stands cheering my boy on! So much fun!!

That is so cute! When can the kids start doing tackle football in your area? My brother had to go to the next town over to do it in grade school and it paid off big time! He's going to be a sophomore football player next year. So proud.
