Back To School 2013

We awoke on the morning of August 19th ready for an exciting year of new experiences and fresh starts!!  Daddy was the only one who was heading back into familiar territory at his job as a Youth Relations Deputy at a middle school and elementary school that's he's been working at for several years now.   Mommy, Hunter, Nathanael, and Levi were all headed into new territory this new morning!
Nathanael had the lunch of his choice packed with care by mommy.  It included a turkey sandwich on Mommy's homemade sandwich bread, seaweed, and some m&m's for dessert.
Nathanael was starting his first day of kindergarten at the school where we live!  He said that he wanted to be a helicopter army officer when he grew up.  He had a special aloe plant to give as a gift to his teacher so that she'd have something on hand to put on boo boos in her classroom.

Hunter was starting his first day of homeschooling in second grade!  He said that when he grows up he wants to be a soldier.  Despite the fact that he doesn't have to get up and go to a school building every day, Hunter still has a very busy schedule!  More details to come on that!
Mr. Levi is along for the ride!  He is home with mommy this year and is sure to learn a lot through lots of singing and reading and playing!  While he's not able to say it quite yet, we know by the way he acts that when he grows up he wants to be just like his big brothers!

Ready to take Nathanael to school!!  Levi has been missing seeing the busses all summer, so that's the only thing he cares about!  Haha!
Ready to walk the kindergarten hallway as an official kindergartner!
Praying with mommy before we go into class.
SO proud and happy and excited!
Giving the aloe plant to Mrs. Tomlinson.
Finding his seat, sporting his new name tag, and playing with a puzzle.
As we sat down to do some math at home Hunter got a special card from mommy and a special snack.
The homeschooler hard at work!
We are so excited to see what the school year brings for all three of our boys!
