Woo Woo! Daddy turned 42!!

Cannot.  Believe.  

This wonderful provider.  This hard worker.  This faithful one.  This mighty might football coach.  This husband.  This daddy.  This amazing, Godly man is now 42-years-old!!  

 What??? How did this happen?

  We had a small celebration complete with a chocolate cake topped with peanut butter frosting. 

 The boys decided it needed some dinosaur candles.

 

And now on to the presents!!

  Hunter knew what Daddy was getting for presents. And he knew he had to intervene somehow.   Hunter made his daddy a homemade card with the number 42! on the front and a picture of him shooting a deer.  A picture that will soon come to life this November and both of them can hardly wait! Daddy liked his picture. 

   But, the best part of Daddy's homemade card by Hunter was the amazing find Hunter discovered in the mail the day before Daddy's birthday!  A $20 off coupon to Cabelas!  Surely this would help Daddy enjoy his birthday much more than the paltry gifts mommy got him. 

And Daddy decided that was just too good of a gift from Hunter to go unused.  Score one for Hunter for finding the great gift for him and one for Daddy for deciding that now he has to use it.  :)

 And then he got what every 42-year-old man wants needs.
